Job Description: Office Administrator
Responsibilities
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space (If needed).
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and consultants.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and files.
- Human Resources Assistance:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Coordinate employee benefits and payroll.
- Financial Support:
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- English communication is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
